In just about an hour, I will begin my six week drive across the country. I’m leaving Washington, DC, moving back to Seattle, Washington. Over the course of the coming weeks, I will be making stops in South Carolina, Iowa and Colorado to visit family. I’ll do some biking, go for runs, hit the slopes for skiing and look for other adventures along the way.

I have just recently set up this site. There will be numerous changes and upgrades to the blog soon and I’ll be using new technologies to share thoughts, pictures and video. The journey across the country provides a great opportunity to test these tools. I’m looking forward to the trip and hope you’ll stop back here from time to time to check my progress.
