Here are a few items I thought were worth sharing.

First, a story in The Hill newspaper about Dana Perino’s post-January 20 journey. She was great to work for and with, and this story gives a glimpse of her character. Thanks to Pete Seat (@peteseat) for passing along the link on Twitter.

Second, here are some pictures that make this Sac City native proud! Twice, we’ve had the record for the world’s largest popcorn ball. Yes, popcorn ball. The previous record holder was housed in an observation hut across from Casey’s General Store on Main Street. We lost the record awhile back, so competitive folks in Sac City got together to build a bigger popcorn ball. Check it out! Thanks to Clarke Scanlon for the heads up on the pictures.
