Obama Approval Ratings

Last week, Washington Examiner reporter Chris Stirewalt (a very sharp writer) contacted me for some thoughts on the gap between President Obama’s personal and policy approval ratings. You can read his full story here – “Obama looks to close the gap between his popularity and his policies.” And, here’s is my quote in the piece –

“Once Americans gain a sense President Obama has a clear plan to spur economic growth and is not just throwing billions of taxpayer dollars at the wall to see what sticks, his policy approval could improve,” Stanzel said. “Citizens want accountability and action, not teleprompted talking points.”
